My little Asi Tava garden could not keep up with the demand of 3 leaves  day demand of high blood pressure patients.  They must be saving large sums of money from my garden, if there are five or more of them (we are 3 all ready in the family, very soon, my garden would run out of leaves) So I have to plant more...

My okra plant has started to flower and bear fruits.  Okra is known to be good for diabetes and high blood pressure and is an aprhodisiac.  No wonder there are plantations of okra in Jala jala reputed to be exporting okras.

My neighbor is no longer taking metformin.  A lot of okras just being immersed in drinking water.  She looks ok now.  I also take water that has okra soaked in it.

                                     Asi tava plants are now multiplying fast

There are several plants in front of my lot that are starting to bloom and grow.  I hope they do not get stolen or uprooted by the passersby. I hope it can do good to many.  All you need for Asi Tava to reduce your high blood BP is 3 leaves.

Okra is good for:   high blood, for diabetes, and is an aphrodisiac

Taheeboo is good for high blood pressure.

Citronella repels mosquito that cause dengue (and even malaria)  Why continue buying katol or lathering with DEET preparation.  Citronella is related to lemon grass
